Retail Assistant (10 Hours/Week)

Join our established Dominion Road store, trading since 2008 in tech, sunglasses, and fragrance. We are hiring a part-time Retail Assistant to deliver excellent in-store service and ensure our online orders are packed accurately and out the door on time.

10 hours per week, split across weekdays and Saturdays.

Store hours are 9:40 AM to 5:10 PM, Monday to Saturday (closed Sundays and public holidays).

No late shifts or early starts—your hours sit entirely within our trading times, so you are always home for the evening.

Your shifts will be a dynamic mix of managing the shop floor (including Saturdays) and processing online orders around our weekday courier cut-off times.

• Serve walk-in customers with genuine hospitality and help them navigate our tech, sunglasses, and fragrance ranges.
• Pick, pack, and accurately process online orders to meet courier deadlines.
• Maintain visual presentation on the shop floor, restock inventory, and process sales through the point-of-sale system.
• Report directly to the Retail Store Manager and jump in wherever an extra pair of hands is needed.

• A reliable, detail-oriented approach—getting an online order packed perfectly matters just as much as looking after the people who walk in.
• A proactive, welcoming attitude and the ability to comfortably switch between customer-facing service and back-room organization.
• Conversational Mandarin is highly advantageous for serving our diverse Dominion Road customer base.
