Joiner / Cabinetmaker – Cromwell

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join a kitchen company in Cromwell. Ideally, you'll have previous joinery or cabinetmaking experience, but the company is also open to someone with good practical skills who is willing to put in the hard work, learn a new trade and develop their skills.

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, has a good attitude and is looking for a long-term position.
You'll be involved in a range of kitchen projects, with a mix of workshop-based work and hands-on joinery. Training and support will be available for the right person who is keen to learn and willing to get stuck in.

What we're looking for:

• Previous joinery or cabinetmaking experience is preferred, but not essential for the right person
• Good practical and hands-on skills
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual
• Good attention to detail and takes pride in their work
• Able to follow instructions, plans and measurements
• Comfortable using workshop tools and equipment, or keen to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in

What's on offer:

• Full-time hours
• Permanent position preferred, with 6–12 month contracts also considered
• Experienced joiners can expect $35–$45 per hour, depending on skills and experience
• Entry-level applicants will be paid according to their current skills and experience, with opportunities for pay increases as they learn and develop through training
